Sebastián Alvarado is the Executive Director of URÀ, a music market in Costa Rica that has been promoting music internationally since 2020. In addition to producing the event, he leads initiatives to strengthen the Costa Rican music industry. He has fourteen years of experience working with artistic talent and eleven years as an event promoter, serving as a leader in the management and professionalization of the music sector in his country.
