Ricardo Lira

Ricardo stands out as one of the main drivers of the integration of innovation in the creative industries in Latin America.
An architect, with a Master's degree in Innovation and a Public Policy Manager with experience in Latin America, Ricardo is also a member of the Startup Chile Mentor Network and on the Advisory Board of Wallifornia Music Tech in Belgium, an organization that brings together the leading technology and music promotion agencies in Europe.
As founder of LATIN MERCH, he works on the integration of services and the exploitation of cultural and entertainment brands with artists such as Rosalía, Arctic Monkeys, Feid, Pulp, Placebo, Tame Impala, Van Gogh, Monet, Frida Kahlo, among others. The company recently led the entire design and operation of Lollapalooza Chile, in addition to having managed all product development and sales experience for Primavera Sound, Creamfields, and other festivals.
In his vein linked to innovation, he is the founder of BizarroLab, the first media & entertainment tech accelerator in Latin America, and CRT+IC, the first R&D center for the development of immersive content, a public-private project supported by Epic Games, Google Cloud Academy, NVIDIA, Meta, and other important players in the technological innovation ecosystem.
