Oscar Flores is the CEO of Apodaca Group and the son of businessman Óscar Flores Elizondo, the company's founder. A graduate in Business Administration, he joined the family business, bringing an innovative vision to the development of concerts and festivals. He has been a key figure in the creation and growth of events such as Tecate Pa'l Norte, Live Out, Dale Mixx, Tecate Comuna, Tecate Península, Tecate Sonoro, and Resuena Dos Equis, in addition to leading Latin America's first virtual festival, Tecate Pa'l Norte Virtual, in 2020. He has also driven Apodaca Group's international expansion into the United States, Canada, and Europe, consolidating concerts with some of the world's most important artists and strengthening the company's global presence.
